Halo 3 Earlier Than Expected

Microsoft and Bungie have just officially announced the release date of Halo 3 for September 25th, 2007.

That's a lot earlier than expected. In a good way, since now we all don't have to worry about purchasing Halo 3, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy and Metal Gear Solid 4 all in the same month.

The multiplayer beta also opens up this morning, and once I get the chance to play it, I'll give you details.
